Refund and Cancellation Policy

We sincerely appreciate your generous support toward Sanadhalayam and its charitable initiatives. All donations are made voluntarily to advance our mission of serving patients and caregivers in need. As a general policy, donations are non-refundable. However, we understand that errors may occur and will review refund requests in genuine cases.

1. Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances such as duplicate transactions, incorrect amounts, or accidental payments.
• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction date.
• Each request will be reviewed by our finance and administration team before approval.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us promptly by emailing sanadhalayamcancare@gmail.com with the following details:

• Donor’s full name and contact information
• Transaction ID and payment date
• Amount donated
• Reason for requesting a refund

3. Processing and Timelines

Once your refund request is received, it will be verified and processed within 7–10 business days after approval. Refunds will be credited through the original mode of payment (as per Razorpay’s policies).

4. Cancellation Policy

Since donations are processed immediately, cancellation is not typically possible once payment is completed. If you notice any issue during the transaction, please reach out to us immediately at sanadhalayamcancare@gmail.com.
